These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://theprairievillas.com/ (the “Site”), operated on behalf of The Prairie Luxury Villas and professionally managed by Capital Eleven Management (“The Prairie Luxury Villas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

All information, including villa layouts, features, square footage figures (approximately 1,519 to 1,987 square feet), pricing, and availability, is provided for general informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.

Descriptions, images, and renderings are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact condition, features, or dimensions of any specific villa. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, guarantee, or binding commitment to lease. Availability and lease terms are confirmed only through a signed lease agreement with the leasing office.

The Prairie Luxury Villas is committed to the principles of the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected class.

Resident Login and Third-Party Services

The Site provides access to a Resident Login portal hosted by our third-party provider, AppFolio. Your use of that portal is subject to AppFolio’s own terms of service and privacy policy. The Site also uses third-party booking and form widgets to power tour scheduling, appointment booking, and contact forms.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms, or practices of any third-party services or websites linked to or integrated with the Site.
